August 1

Josh and I were skiing on a mountain in Seattle that was known for its drop off called "The Table" because it was the size of a regular dining room table, then drops 150 ft. Josh and I were heading to "The Table". We skied too fast towards the edge and went over. We were hanging by our fingers over the edge and then realized there was a steel ladder hanging near us. Lots of people were watching, waiting to see if we could make it to the ladder. Thankfully, we did, but not without a lot of stress. Needless to say, it was not a restful nights sleep.

  1. i see a lot of meaning in this dream (of which i firmly believe in real meaning in dreams, beyond the black n white. I do not know what specific things are going on in your day to day life unfortuately but this could be confirming something going on recently you both were worried about or giving you some advice for ahead. you are lucky to get so many dreams in my opinion since i love the meanings of them so much but these are the words from you dream that stuck out to me and their many definitions in the two lame regular dictionaries that i own: SKI: gliding or walking on smooth surface. MOUNTAIN: very high feature of the earth. TABLE: verb - put off something till another time. HANG: hold up from above or to be attached to from above and unsupported from below. EDGE: cutting side of a blade; sharpness or outer limit or sharp intersection or border. STEEL: make resolute (firm in purpose, determined) or courageous. LADDER: an implement used for climbing up and down or steep set of steps. WATCH: observe, be on the alert or guard/tend or period of watching/observation or view carefully or to keep informed. STRESS: special significance, and emphasis giving to a specific syllable, word, action or plan; strain or pressure.
I hope you don't mind that i said all this/hope i didn't get too personal or anything but if when reading these definitions you realized it wasn't about skiing at all but a recent concern with... 'carpooling' (lol) than you can now see how dreams are trying to tell you something and you will become obsessed with them too. i'm curious if I'm even close. email me and let me know if it's interesting to you. lilastuteville@yahoo.com xoxo love you lace face.(i just made that one up. i'm hilarious)
